Notable accomplishments:

Co-Founder Strengthlete Collective

1st Place at 2018 Strongman Europa

Coached a 2018 Florida State Weightlifting Champion

Arianna Benfanti has walked many roads in the realm of competing and lifting. She began where many do, with youth recreational sports, while also dabbling in track and field, lacrosse and was a collegiate cheerleader. After her undergrad she had a desire to compete and challenge herself which led her to CrossFit where she became a level 1 coach and found olympic weightlifting. She again dabbled in other things, this time Strongman because she is adventurous and loves new challenges, but gravitated back towards olympic weightlifting where she’s competed in the American Open Series at 64kg and 69kg. She is now pursuing a third weight class at 59kg. She has mastered the way to balance a full time job as a school teacher, with coaching her athletes out of her own home gym that she built, and continuing to make progress herself with efficient and enjoyable workouts that she is happy to share, so you can do the same! Arianna also understands the importance of having a life and doing things you love outside of work and working out, and keeps this in mind when programming for her clients. On top of that, she practices this herself by spending lots of time with the family dog, a lab-pit mix named Skyybear, and traveling and enjoying the world when the opportunities present themselves.
