THE ARCHER
4 Weeks / 3 Days per Week
The Archer is named for the Feyre Archeron - because we all had to start somewhere. If you’re anything like me, you rekindled your love of reading with A Court of Thorns and Roses. My hope is that your love of fitness can be rekindled in a similar fashion. In the beginning of the series, Feyre isn’t the fit badass she eventually becomes (thanks to Cassian and their training sessions together). This program mirrors that phase utilizing common commercial gym movements designed to stoke that flame of strength—and prepare you for the House of Wind 3-day Split.
For those of you who may have more experience and want to increase the intensity after this pilot program, feel free to move onto the House of Wind 5-Day Split program after completing The Archer. After that, House of Wind is designed to loop back into itself OR continue onto Valkyrie Ascension for an even greater challenge.
