INITIATE
INITIATE is where the base is built—every time.
This isn’t just a starting line after injury or time off. INITIATE is the phase you come back to anytime you need to rebuild, reset, or lay down a new foundation—off-season, transition, or post-burnout.
Think of it as “phase zero.” Movement quality, joint control, basic strength, and honest work capacity are all dialed in here—no shortcuts, no ego. This is the standard for every athlete, every time a base needs to be re-established.
IGNITE
This isn’t a one-track phase. IGNITE is about turning up the heat on whatever needs to grow: intensity, complexity, speed, capacity, or athletic skill. It’s a bridge between foundation and specialization, but it’s also a place to break plateaus, challenge limits, or attack new goals at any experience level.
Whether you’re moving from base to intermediate, retooling your strengths, or just pushing into new territory, IGNITE adapts. It’s the training arc for anyone ready to do more, move better, or get out of a rut. You’ll see different programs inside IGNITE—some push work capacity, some target speed or power, others develop movement skill or technical proficiency. Every block is intentional, progressive, and built for real-world transfer.
FORGE
FORGE is where you get strong, and where you master your craft.
This is the real build phase—where base meets ambition and you hammer out strength, power, and expertise that actually lasts.
FORGE isn’t just about piling on weight. Here, you reinforce the foundation, specialize, and lock in technical mastery—whether you’re chasing pure strength, size, advanced skill, or sport performance. You pick the path; FORGE gives you the tools.
You can run FORGE blocks in a straight line—classic linear progress. Or you can use them to focus, refine, or rebuild a specific quality. Every program is engineered for precision, but there’s more than one way to build here.
ASCEND
ASCEND is where you break the ceiling and re-write your limits.
This is peak pursuit: advanced programming, high-level skills, and psychological challenge. ASCEND blocks are built for athletes, competitors, and anyone ready to push into the unknown.
Here, you’ll blend intensity, skill, resilience, and intent—leaving behind comfort and routine. It’s not for everyone, and that’s the point.
RESET
RESET is where we pull back—not because we’re weak, but because we’re smart.
These short-duration blocks are designed to recalibrate your system after intense training, competition, weight cuts, travel, or high-stress environments. They preserve movement quality, restore joint rhythm, reinforce breath, and clear nervous system fatigue—without pushing you deeper into the hole.
PRIME
PRIME is where you tune the system for what matters most—precision, readiness, and elite output.
This is the sharpening stone. PRIME blocks are short, targeted phases designed to bring you to your highest level of performance—whether for competition, testing, or a critical goal.
