Anthony and TJ traveled to 1stPhorm HQ last spring to see what they are about. What we found is a community like few that we have seen. The most impactful product that TJ has found since the trip to HQ is this! Core 21 has been an incredible daily addition since his sleep has typically been poor. Quality sleep is one of the most important factors in pursuing and achieving a fat loss goal, but it is commonly overlooked. Just one night of poor sleep has been shown to cause an increase in the appetite-stimulating hormone ghrelin, elevated cortisol levels, and decreased glucose tolerance; ultimately leading to very poor metabolism.
