HANNAH’S Programs:
SWAMP STYLE LOADING…
This program is 2 days per week and will push you to be better conditioned and stronger for loading events in competition. For non competitors this program can serve as a triple extension, back and posterior chain strength and Conditioning program. It can be performed with any loading implement.
