I am a pro-level u105kg and open strongman residing in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada. Strongman in Canada is very busy so it’s not uncommon to see me compete upwards of 10 times in a season when my work schedule allows it. I have competed in over 40 strongman contests throughout my 6 years in the sport. That being said most of my training effort is focused on preparing for major international contests like Clash on the Coast which I won in 2022. I pride myself on being good at the hard and obscure lifts, like sandbags, stones, kegs, tire-flips, etc. When I am not training strongman I am hard to track down as I am either working as a Geologist on a petroleum drilling rig, or out in the woods hunting and fishing. Hunting especially is something I devote a lot of my time towards. The majority of my diet comes from game meat like moose, elk and deer. Whether it’s packing bait in to the bush or dragging big animals out, my strongman training always helps me get the work done.
