Brittany is a Pro Strongwoman/ multi-sport athlete, CPT, and business owner. She has a passion for breaking societal norms and showing others what strength can do for their quality of life in mind, body, and spirit.

Brittany started her athletic journey at a very young age. She ran her first 5k at 12 years old and later became an All American in track and field (2012). Due to a hamstring injury Brittany couldn’t pursue running in college.  She walked on as a novice to URI Division I women’s rowing team and later earned a merit based scholarship (2010-2014).

Upon college graduation, she began a new journey with the sport of strongman where she helped women get the same respect males received in the sport: professional status. In 2017 she earned my pro card and went on to compete at the world level and have earned “3rd strongest woman in the world” for three consecutive years.

Brittany began teaching group exercise classes and coached youth strength camps throughout college. She now conducts strength seminars around the US and trains people remotely and in person.

She has also competed in Superleague, Powerlifting, half marathons, Spartan races, and will be competing in the NPC women’s physique division.

In a world where social media is filled with negativity, filters, and far from reality Brittany vows to remain authentic to her followers.
